christmas cheer...

So i know that christmas is not for a while and there is still Halloween and Thanksgiving, but these stockings are so cute. I want the mermaid one espscially.

skin cancer? no thanks...

Today I talked with a dermatologist about sunscreen and he told me that Nutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch sunscreen was the best. He also informed me that anything below a 30 spf was pointless. His last bit of advice was to wear a 50 spf rash gaurd from wrist to ankle... doeas that even exist? I really don't want skin cancer so I am vowing to apply sunscreen daily with an SPF of 70!
