In an effort to feel excited for the holidays (even though I wont be able to visit my family on the mainland) I have started to collect holiday ideas. Here is one I found at design sponge, that would be simple and give off some good "holiday ambiance". Anyone have any other ideas for me?

Have a cookie extravaganza!!! Then eat them in your bed. Fat Cat!
Are these paper and will they catch on fire? If not then I totally want to make them!! Craft afternoon perhaps?
Oh and for other Holiday ideas...Toilet paper roll nativity set!! I'm serious here!
